Très joli appartement, situation à environ 15 minutes de la gare à pied Juste à côté d’un joli parc

Petite chose à revoir quand même dans l’appartement concernant la salle de bain où il y a la baignoire, gros problème du mitigeur , on a tout le temps que de l’eau chaude, le réseau est assez limité. Nous n’avons pas beaucoup capté à l’intérieur de l’appartement, mais enfin c’est un détail ,revoir la sécurité de la terrasse. Sinon, dans l’ensemble tout était parfait.

Auch wenn wir noch nicht einchecken konnten, durften wir unsere Koffer bereits 10:00 Uhr abstellen. Die Männer, die die Wohnung für uns herrichteten, ließen uns ganz freundlich ein. Sogar ein Toilettengang war möglich. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, sogar ein Mixer. Kaffee und Tee waren sogar auch da. Genug Geschirr und Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher und und und. Die drei Schlafzimmer wären für 6 Personen bequem nutzbar, auch Tisch und Stühle waren genug vorhanden. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Zwei Ensuite mit begehbarer Dusche und ein separates Bad mit Badewanne..

The flat is well decorated and spacious.

The building that this flat is located in is dilapated. It appears to have permanently installed scaffolding, the stairways are filthy and in need of repair. Other residents smoke in the building and at times it can be smelled from the flat. The host was not helpful, has unrealistic demands (one bath towel per person for 4 days) and uses those demands to keep the extra deposit she collects outside of Booking.Com. She had the audacity to blame me for some plumbing issue that aparhently happened after I checked out. With the state of the building it is likely there are lots of potential maintance problems to blame on guests. The keys are to be picked up and returned to a location that is not nearby the flat.
