Gute ruhige lage
Das Grundstück ist zwar in einer guten Lage allerdings ist es sehr abgekommen und nicht gepflegt . Es gibt mehrere Risse in denn Wänden und Feuchtigkeit die nicht richtig gespachtelt ist . Kaputte Wasserhähne , provisorisch befestigte Treppenhalterung , Risse in denn Wänden. Das Bett ist hart und veraltet und viele Rollos der Fenster funktionieren auch nicht .
