Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας- τιμής.
Είχε μικρές ελλείψεις (καφέ, χαρτί υγείας..) που ίσως να λυνόταν αν επικοινωνουσαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη.

Βολικό σημείο επειδή είχα δουλειά στην περιοχή. Αν έπρεπε να πηγαίνω στο κέντρο λογικά δε βόλευε η περιοχή. Σημαντικό για εμένα το γεγονός ότι είναι κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική, ευγενική και εξυπηρετική και άμεση σε ότι χρειάστηκα.
Υπηρχε θόρυβος από τον επάνω όροφο, στον οποίο επίσης νοικιάζονται δωμάτια (πιθανόν από άλλον ιδιοκτήτη). Οπότε, προφανώς δεν είναι κάτι που συμβαίνει τακτικά και δεν μπορεί να ελεγχθεί από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Θεωρώ την τιμή υψηλή για διαμονή δύο ατόμων όπως πήγαμε εμείς. Ενδεχομένως όμως να μπορούν να μείνουν περισσότερα άτομα, υποθέτω ως 4, οπότε η τιμή αναλογικά θα είναι χαμηλότερη. Οι τιμές στην περιοχή, βέβαια είναι σε αυτά τα επίπεδα, οπότε δεν ήταν ακριβότερο από άλλα.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ καθαρό και παρέχει όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις! Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι και βοήθησαν πολύ τους φίλους μας από το εξωτερικό κατά την άφιξη τους!

Looks nice, and just like the picture. It has a microwave and all the necessary facilities. The owner left us two capsules for the coffee machine, and more toilet paper on the doorknob. Also checked in with us if we need anything.
There is a rooftop under our window (of the bedroom), and there were people constantly on the rooftop, especially in the morning??? So the privacy was not the best. Also reaally loud construction work, but that is not the owners fault. There was not so much hot water (you have a switch for electric boiler and an instruction manual), but even when we switched it, still not so hot? The parking is a nightmare, and the apartment was really cold, even with the AC turned on to 30 degrees C.
