Five minute walk to the Duomo, ten mins to La Scala. Perfect city centre location. The balcony and hot tub were welcome at the end of a hot day. Security is excellent, felt very safe in the apartment. Modern, clean apartment. Provision of a washing machine was useful as we were mid-way through our two week stay in Italy. Owner responded to questions (via booking.com very quickly).
No toiletries provided, apart from a generic bottle of shampoo. Had to buy some hand soap. Lights above the bedroom wardrobe not working. Water pressure in shower is very low. Only three mugs and three glasses provided, no teaspoons - it would be helpful for the owner to do a kitchen stock take before people arrive. An email with info about how to use the blinds, air con and the hot tub would also be useful.

Nice property, fantastic location and the hot tub was a brilliant
The coffee machine didn’t work, the apartment was very dusty to the point where we didn’t know whether it had been cleaned

Close to the duomo, shopping, and restaurants
No hand soap, and no blanket for the 2nd bed (couch turns into a bed).

Location was very good
Access wasn’t explained beforehand, nor the light switches and how the blinds worked. Issues with the remote control for the blinds, wrong batteries. The quality of the cleaning was not very good, needs a deep clean. The front door knob falls off as well as the bathroom door knob. Only one soap and one shower gel for the bathroom, so you need to keep moving from sink to shower.
