Chic 2-Bedroom Haven

The location is a dream. Ile Saint-Louis is a beautiful, safe, quiet and peaceful island just a stone’s throw from Notre Dame and within walking distance to many other sites. You can cross one of several bridges and within minutes be in bustling St Germain or Le Marais, but at night you will sleep like a baby due to the lack of traffic, clubs, etc. They are a wonderful little markets, boutiques, and restaurants a block away.. everything so wonderfully easy. As for the apartment itself, it was beautifully designed and immaculately clean. Dave and team were absolutely amazing - so responsive and kind and great communicators both before end during our stay. Almost felt like we were staying at a friend’s house and given that I was traveling by myself with my two sons, it was nice to know that if ever I needed anything that I could just text and help would be on the way. We also used his associate Edgar‘s transport service to get to and from the airport. Their vehicles were likewise, immaculate, and the drivers were lovely. Although it was absolutely boiling in Paris during our stay, the unit’s air-conditioning worked beautifully and it was wonderful to return to our blissfully cool residence each evening. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment or any of Dave and team’s properties to anyone. If only they could run the rest of my life!

Location was great. Very close to metro, bakeries, shopping, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and couches also. Great after a day roaming Paris.

Beautiful property on Ile St. Louis, which I think is the best place to stay in Paris. Very nicely designed and felt super luxurious.

The AC was not working for the first few days, but the owner was quick to respond and fixed the problem immediately. After that, the AC was great. However, there is a smell of sewage that would sometimes waft through the smaller bedroom.
