appartamento dotato di tutti i confort in centro, a 5 min.a piedi dalle princincipali attrazione con facilita' di parcheggio in zona libero e/o a pagamento, silenzioso, con terrazzo dotato anche di ventilatore e cialde caffe' mooolto apprezzate per chi ,del caffe, ne e' dipendente !! niente da dire, anche le scale ( app.to al 2ndo ed ultimo piano ) sono comode da fare anche con trolley o valigie

Posizione strategica dell'appartamento, vicino anche a servizi come panetterie e farmacie. Terrazzo arredato divinamente e utilizzabile per mangiare all'aperto (coperto dal tetto). Edificio fatto "a corte" grazioso e intimo, direttamente posto in una stradina del centro città. Appartamento adatto a coppie e/o a giovani in vacanza, con televisore in camera, soffitto a volta in mattoni. Letto comodissimo!
Per chi è più sensibile ai rumori notturni, potrebbe notare la presenza della movida serale. Personalmente, non trovo sia stato qualcosa di troppo invadente o che non si potesse risolvere con finestre chiuse e climatizzatore acceso.
