Modern, comfortable cottage "Casa Vescovo", surrounded by meadows and fields. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Asti, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1 - depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Turin 75 km, Genua 100 km, Milan 90 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner lives on the same property.
