The staff was so helpful, arranging everything and accommodating any problems immediately. Due to delay of our plane we had to rearrange taxi and they did that no problem. Maha was amazing, answering any questions we had. Services were super! Wished we could stayed longer.

Beautiful property very friendly and efficient villa staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Bali superhost concierge let us down. We ordered a chef for our first night which they forgot to book. When we enquired as to where the chef was we were told to order a delivery. There was over an hour wait for any delivery and by the time we fed the kids it was 9pm. If you want to book any services do it with the villa host and not Bali superhost concierge.
