Menzies Steading

lovely spacious property that was very well equipped. the kitchen was especially well resourced for a large group - including for example two dishwashers. all bedrooms were en suite which meant everyone had their own private space. the family really enjoyed the opportunity to play piano, boardgames, and made the most of the waffle maker! excellent location that was within walking distance of aberfeldy, and easy access to beautiful countryside by car which allowed us to enjoy hiking Ben Lawers, paddle boarding in Loch Tay, and hiring bikes for a cycle route around Dunkeld.

The negatives are quite small in comparison to the benefits of the property. The beds were a little too firm. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped - the only thing missing were egg cups. The open plan was in many ways lovely - it would however have been nice to have one small communal room where people could sit quietly other than their bedroom. And the garden area was a large patio area and so there was limited space for children to play outdoors given size of property.

Stunning interior with spectacular dining table

Quite difficult to get cold water from bedroom taps

Amazing location and the house was beautiful.

Shower in one bathroom didn’t work well.
