Great stay before our wedding, it was nice thank you.

We traveled for a wedding, the hosts were really friendly polite and responsive, they accommodated us even though we arrived 7 hours after the allowed check in time. The hosts allowed us to use the spar facilities also even though they are not advertised and we didn’t have to pay extra.

The house was bigger than expected, plenty of beds, rooms and bath rooms

The garden was nice and it also helped having a private drive…

I want my deposit returned!

The pool table was great and the size of the accommodation was great.

The staff communication was appalling. You don't know who to speak to first. Luke or Sam or Lewis are the managers, Amy is the office person but no one answers the phone when you call. Booking.com can't even get a hold of them. I booked with them once before and they asked for a £300 deposit that still hasn't been returned. Places will most likely work but forget the communication when you need someone to talk to.

Nice short stay we wished it was longer, the house is nice a big, pool table and Jacuzzi

Big house, there was a nice pool table and they allowed us to use the Jacuzzi free of charge. The house also has an exceptional home cinema system.

The house is a little too big if you are a small group, but I guess that a nice problem to have.

We stayed for a wedding local, nice big clean house

This was the biggest house in the city that we could find and the price was really good.

There was no access to the jacuzzi and we where told that we should have asked for it in advanced.

Could not enjoy much as the property rules was no music ,no party and no shoes in side the house so did not enjoyed they

All the bed rooms are very good and comfortable

The property was not available in time has to be wait for 2 hours to get in TV was not working Kitchen is very old and not enough appliances Back garden was full of grass and it’s not trimmed There was no bins in the toilet and no bags in the kitchen

Next to perfect stay for our group, we visit leicester regularly and we will be back:)

The property was huge with countless beds, it was the biggest and most accommodating home we could find in Leicester, the property hosts are nice friendly and helpful, they assisted with a later check out at our train was later then the check out time.

The property did not have ashtrays in the smoking area.
