Suitable for Short Stays with Friends

The property was suitable value for money for a large group of friends visiting Leicester for a short stay. The facilities suited our needs and the location was good for getting into the city centre, as well as many shops and takeaways nearby for anything you might need for your stay.

Overall the property could do with some attention and updating. There were many marks on the paintwork, gaps in the flooring, broken heater in the living area, a very wobbly toilet seat and low shower pressure in the first bathroom. We had some issues with the sink in the kitchen leaking during our stay, which we reported to the host. The beds in particular need replacing as they were incredibly creaky and you could feel the springs in the mattresses; they did not feel very robust. The property in general had the feel of student accommodation. We used the parking space next to the property for one of our cars, however we had issues with cars parking in front on the yellow lines so we could not get out. We had to resort to putting the bins out in the road in front, so that nobody would park there.

Space n private parking

Mattresses on beds too soft n springy beds. Would be much better if a wooden boards were under mattress to make reasonable harder. It was cold when we arrived n took few hours to heat up but eventually it was ok.

Good house for large group of 10

Nice clean house with 5 double bedrooms (very good sized), a big dining table for 6, kitchen had good set of utensils too.

The mattresses were not perfect but as we were tired so dozed off quickly. The showers in 2 bathrooms didn't work simultaneously. So we used one bathroom as toilet and other for showers

Exceptional

The apartment is lovely and very spacious. It is surprisingly quiet given its position. Having a secure parking facility is really useful. Really good and absolutely perfect for our needs.. So happy we booked it again.

Being really. Picky here, but the door entry system was a bit temperamental, but it invariably worked with a little persevering and patience.
