דירה פרטית שעברה שיפוץ וחולקה ל 2 עם חצר משותפת לחצר ולדירה נכנסים עם כרטיס מה שנותן פרטית מלאה המקום משופץ כמו חדש הכל נקי ומסודר בדיוק כמו בתמונות מיטה ענקית וסופר נוחה יש בדירה כל מה שצריך מקרר תנור מדיח מכונת כביסה וכו.. מיקום טוב 5-10 דקות הליכה ממרכז העיר
1.אין חניה במקום (אך ניתן למצוא חניונים בתשלום באזור) 2.המיקום בגוגל מפות לא מדויק (בפעם הראשונה קצת קשה למצוא את המקום)
