AURA Skanderbeg Square Apartments

This is the second time staying here and everything about the apartment is 10/10. The host is very helpful with every question we had about the apartment,the location is perfect because it's in the square if the city you can go everywhere just walking. Will go back again.

العربية كانت إقامتي في هذه الشقة ممتازة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة. الشقة نظيفة جدًا، مريحة، ومجهزة بالكامل بكل ما يحتاجه الضيف سواء لإقامة قصيرة أو طويلة. المطبخ يحتوي على جميع الأدوات والأواني والأكواب اللازمة، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة للغاية. موقع الشقة مثالي، فهي قريبة جدًا من مركز مدينة تيرانا وأهم المعالم السياحية، كما أن الوصول إليها سهل جدًا. وتتوفر جميع الخدمات الأساسية أسفل المبنى مباشرة، مثل السوبر ماركت، والصيدلية، والمختبر، وعيادة الأسنان، مما جعل كل شيء في متناول اليد. الشقة مزودة بمصعد وتكييف، والإضاءة فيها ممتازة، كما أن الشرفة تتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على مركز المدينة. الحمام نظيف ومجهز بشكل ممتاز، ويحتوي على حاجز زجاجي للدش يمنع تناثر المياه، مما يحافظ على نظافة الحمام ويوفر راحة أكبر أثناء الاستخدام. ما ميز هذه التجربة أيضًا هو صاحب الشقة، فقد كان ودودًا ومتعاونًا للغاية، وكان متواجدًا دائمًا للإجابة عن أي استفسار أو تقديم أي مساعدة. ولم تقتصر مساعدته على الإقامة فقط، بل قدم لنا نصائح رائعة عن الأماكن التي تستحق الزيارة داخل ألبانيا وخارج تيرانا، وساعدنا في التخطيط لرحلاتنا، وهذا كان محل تقدير كبير منا. أنصح بهذه الشقة بكل ثقة لأي شخص يزور تيرانا، سواء للسياحة أو العمل. وإذا عدت إلى ألبانيا مرة أخرى، فستكون هذه الشقة خياري الأول دون تردد. شكرًا لصاحب الشقة على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وكانت تجربة تستحق خمس نجوم بكل جدارة. --- English My stay at this apartment was excellent in every way. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for either a short or long stay. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses, making it feel just like home. The location is perfect—very close to Tirana city center and the main tourist attractions, with easy access to everything. Right below the building, you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, medical laboratory, and dental clinic, so all essential services are just a few steps away. The apartment also has an elevator and air conditioning. The lighting is excellent, and the balcony offers a beautiful view overlooking the city center.

Very central and specious for bigger families. The host is nice and responsive.

So many things are broken. Things are functional but broken. Even most of the doors don’t close properly. One of the bathrooms stinks like mold badly. Very little natural light gets in, the common area is only lit by lights. It is clear that once it was a very nice flat but for a long time they haven’t kept up with maintenance which is a pity. We spent 3 nights there and it was okay, but frankly we were happy to leave.
