- Very good location in walking distance to the main spots and places - The appartement was clean and did match the photos - Very nice terrasse for common use and sit outside

reduction of the overall points because the handover of the keys was very chaotic: - first we didn't here anything from the host and couldn't find anyone at the agreed arrival time (as it's an unmarked entry for the apartment we couldn't even find it). we had to call several times until finally someone arrived to meet us and hand over the keys - our hand-over person did not now how to handle the credit card terminal, after almost one hour and a lot of yelling via whatsup call to the the host the person had to surrender and postpone to the next day -the next day another person arrived with a 90min delay to the agreed time and didn't knew either how to handle the payment terminal -the host cancelled in retrospect our reservation and reported us with booking.com as no-shows (not sure why, maybe to enforce the security credit card payment or to prevent a rating, I cannot see any objective reasons behind, but it was weird) - all in all the key handover and payment process was chaotic, exhausting, and unprofessional
