Good central location to where we wanted to go. Spacious and clean, worked for the short stay. Parking, currency exchange and small shops nearby.

Beautifully decorated property in a good location.

The payment process was somewhat misleading. It was not made clear in advance that payment was required in cash upon arrival. After reading additional reviews, I took the initiative to ask about the payment, at which point it was confirmed that only cash was accepted. We then had to wait over an hour at the property after arriving in order to complete the payment, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant. The road noise was noticeable but expected, given the central location. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by what happened after we checked out. While we were in the air on our flight home—12 hours after departure—we received rude messages accusing us of breaking a light fixture, along with threats to call the police if we didn't not respond to them . We replied promptly, clarifying that we had not caused any damage and had treated the property with the utmost respect. Had we broken anything, we would have reported it immediately. No further response or apology was offered following our message, which was quite disappointing considering we had an otherwise positive stay. The lack of professionalism in handling the situation significantly impacted our impression of the service.
