Appartement très bien agencé et très calme, on s'y sent bien comme dans un cocon. C'est aussi très bien équipé avec une machine à laver et une machine à café de bonne qualité. Il y avait même déjà du café. La petite salle de bain est très agréable aussi. Attention pour les personnes de grande taille, l'espace sommeil en mezzanine peut s'avérer un peu bas. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu.
Il manque des volets ou des rideaux occultants au rez-de-chaussée parce que les stores ne suffisent pas à couper la lumière qui remonte forcément jusqu'à l'espace sommeil.

Les équipements sont neufs, l’appartement est accessible, spacieux, calme et sécurisé, beaucoup de commerces autour du bien également

La proximité au métro, Franprix, restos etc. Un emplacement idéal qui vous permet de découvrir Paris et tout ce qu'elle vous réserve.

Le confort, il y a tous les équipements : machine à laver, etc… L'accueil formidable, l’agencement parfait même pour de 2personnes, la tranquillité assurée, aucun bruit, sécurisé double portes d’entrée, rien à dire.
