The flat and kitchen specifically was fully equipped, spacious and comfortable.

WiFi was really poor, no connection at all in one of the rooms and there was no signal either so we weren’t connected at all. The check in process wasn’t the easiest but we made it to the apartment. It would also be helpful if the host would meet us to check our ids and collect remaining fees rather than us going to their offices during very specific office hours as that was pretty inconvenient we were traveling out of Siena during the day and we had to come all the way back just for that, so some flexibility would be nice.

The location was good

The lack of basics in the property. No loo roll, no washing machine tabs, only one dishwasher tab. May be fine for a one or two night stay but we were there 7 nights at the equal daily rate and so things should be supplied. No chopping board really basic stuff missing depends on how much self catering you are planning. The property only had 3 teaspoons. Nonsense for a four bed apartment I have never slept on such a noisy bed. Every move woke us up. Fortunately there were twin beds which we had to use in the end. Not good. The toilet seat was broken. Little attention to detail. The property was managed by a property management group which may have something to do with it. The property lacked natural light. No windows in the bedrooms, bathrooms or lounge. Not explained in the property detailing. Pictures on the site are actually mirrors behind curtains. The only natural light was from the hall way to the outside space which was overlooked by some very nice neighbours but not private as they hang their washing there too. The lack of light didn’t affect our stay as we had wonderful weather and were out all day every day. Different matter if it had been raining.

La pulizia; accesso tutto tramite intelligenza artificiale e consegna documenti e saldo in un ufficio dislocato non vicino alla struttura; poca attenzione alla vivibilita dell'appartamento, mancavano le pile nel telecomando del televisore, nella casa erano presenti solo piante finte piene di polvere contattata la proprietaria con il numero rilasciato su booking si è offesa nell'essere disturbata sul suo cell.
