Location was superb just behind the main eating place. The room was super spacious and the facilities were all complete. It felt like I was sleeping in an IKEA showroom. Everything was good and very well maintained. Check-in was automatic and very efficient. Staff responded very quickly.
Nothing. This is one of the best places I've stayed in for a long time and is one place I will surely come back again whenever I visit Ipoh.

It is located so near to shops. It was perfect for quick errands and exploring the local area. This accessibility added great value to my overall experience.
The room had no window, which made it feel closed in. Ventilation was poor, and the air quality was uncomfortable throughout the stay. Overall, this significantly affected the experience and made the accommodation less pleasant.
