The location was about a 30 minute walk from the train station and walkable to many restaurants. It was also nice having the Parade Mall nearby to escape the heat. The air conditioner worked great. If you need toilet paper, soap, or shampoo, it can be purchased there. Also, there is a good coffee shop called "Great Wall" that is about 1 minute away.
There are pubs across the street that play loud music well pass midnight. I dont know if it is every night but for sure on Fridays and Saturdays. The swing bar latch on front door was broken. Also, the hinge to the bathroom door was broken, so the door was held open with rope.

Suitable for family stay.....comfortable and clean rooms....just karaoke neae by but until 12 only...otherwise family around 8-10 cn stay ....rooms are so comfortable
We booked for 2 parking lot but getting 1 only bcos enough space.....and park front and behind so quiet difdicult to getting out for anytime have to cl front car owner
