Appartement proche de Libération avec balcon ensoleillé

Apartment with a great location, very close to a tram stop that provides easy access to the city center and the train station. It was also possible to walk to the train station in about 15 minutes (or just two tram stops away). There are supermarkets nearby as well. The apartment is spacious enough for two people and is equipped with all the basic necessities. It has a proper bed, which was a big plus since many other places only have a sofa bed. Overall, the apartment was clean. The neighborhood is quiet, with very little noise from outside. We stayed for six nights and had a very good experience. The host was kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I didn't like that the sofa wasn't clean, but I was able to solve it by vacuuming it. The bathtub wall should also be repaired. However, these things did not affect my stay. They are just opportunities for improvement.

Das Apartment hat genau zu unseren Aufenthalt in Nizza gepasst. Man ist in etwa 15min beim Strand, 2min entfernt liegt ein grosser Einkaufsladen und Cafes gibt es auch 1 Tramstation weiter. Das Apartment hat die perfekte Grösse für zwei Gäste und ist auch gut durchdacht ausgestattet. Der Balkon war für uns sicher ein Hauptgrund, wieso wir uns für dieses Apartment entschieden haben, auch wenn man nur in einen Innenhof blickt, kann man sich dort gut aufhalten und essen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, bei unsere An-/Abreise. Auch die Kommunikation per Chat hat gut funktioniert.

Die Sauberkeit hat noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial.

La gentilezza della proprietaria è sicuramente un grande punto di forza: è stata disponibilissima aiutandoci immediatamente al minimo inconveniente. L'appartamento è curato e dotato di un sacco di cose utili: utensili per cucina, asciugamani per la spiaggia, ombrellone e una comoda guida ai locali di Nizza.

5 piętro i popsuta winda , awaria ciepłej wody , czyste ale bardzo zniszczone mieszkanie . Aby zameldować się w apartamencie po 20.00 trzeba było iść po klucze ponad 20 min.
