Die Wohnung war sauber.
Die Parkplätze sind nicht überwacht. Bei uns wurde die Autoscheibe eingeschlagen und die Koffer wurden innerhalb einer halben Stunde, während wir in die Wohnung zur Übernahme gegangen sind, geklaut.

Premetto di essere andata a Roma per il concerto di Ultimo a Tor Vergata e la posizione dell’appartamento per andare (in macchina) all’evento era perfetta. Posizione comoda anche per raggiungere il centro con la metro (fermata a 2 min a piedi). Struttura pulita, accogliente e molto spaziosa. Ma il mio 10 va soprattutto a Luciano che si è dimostrato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo (mi ha chiesto se volessi posticipare il check out dalle 10 alle 12 - senza che glielo chiedessi - perché probabilmente ha saputo che il ritorno dal concerto era stato piuttosto lungo e complicato).

Вдале розташування, близько до станції метро. Непоганий душ, наявність каво машини.
Таке враження, що тут не прибирають, або тільки поверхнево. Посуд був брудний. Чистота для нас нас має найвищий пріоритет, ми були розчаровані станом приміщення з точки зору цього критерію. Будівля досить стара, ремонт був зроблений не якісно і частково.
