Pulaski Point Properties

The unit was extremely cozy—plush rugs, heated towels and a heavenly bed! We experienced a medical issue after arrival where we had to check out early and the customer service from this team was fantastic! They responded within minutes, even late at night, and helped us figure out a solution so we could focus on feeling better.

Our particular unit did not have any windows except for the skylights, so it might not be suitable for people with claustrophobia or related issues. (Despite that, the space was comfy and cozy inside for anyone unaffected by this!) Also, the size and arrangement for parking was not ideal if bringing larger-sized or more attention-calling vehicles. They have cameras and everything came out fine, but we were very concerned about our vehicle, especially with not being able to see it from the room. I’d suggest arriving early and/or having a smaller car.

Very cozy/modern and clean. Great location. Hosts were commutative and quick to respond and gave great recommendations on coffee.

There is nothing I didn’t like!

The property is super well maintained and has all the facilities and amenities that we need when we travel. I believe that couples and a family with one kid could also enjoy this space comfortably

Most of my activities are downtown and Chicago is HUGE. The train station is very close but I actually prefer walking or taking the bus and as a solo traveler with less than 3 days to spend in Chicago the commute is not as simple as I thought. But jo biggie! i still enjoyed my stay!

Inside the unit- The bed and bedding was extreemly comfortable. I had a washer/dryer available with soap and dryer sheets provided. The kitchen had a dishwasher and basic condiments along with coffee! It was spotless. The management company- excellent email AND phone communication. Anticipated most of my questions before I could ask. And for those few unique ones I had they answered fully and promptly. Close to a restaurant, Gym, and Walgreens. Great value for the money. I look forward to a return visit.
