Old Town Guesthouse

Location : calm back street behind a big avenue, which meant very easy access on foot to the center. Staff : very friendly and cool, nice chats and recommendations. Comfort : big room + everything we needed. Great overall. ⚠️ The address isn’t on Google Maps, therefore you should make sure your yandex or taxi drops you off on the intersection of Moskovyan ave and Tumanyan st. Then, it’s up the stairs into the back street, and into the yellow door.

Отличное расположение, прямо в центре. Очень дружелюбные и приятные хозяева. Есть кухня и кофе, что приятно.

Кондиционер не в комнате а в коридоре, поэтому приходится либо спать с открытой дверью либо в жаре. Для нас был важен кондиционер и в описании он включен, но по факту в комнате его нет.

Great stay! The place was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, convenient, and in a fantastic location. The property is located just above nice restaurants, bars and shisha bars. You´d share the property with the host who is almost never there so you might be lucky to have the property for yourself. Our host was very kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the flexibility with the late checkout on our last day — it was a very thoughtful gesture and made our experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place. Thanks Roberto!

Nothing major to improve—just a few small maintenance updates on the toilet to make it look neater, also maybe put darker blinds in the room as the sun light enters very early in the morning and it´s difficult to keep sleeping with all that illumination. Also would suggest to Roberto to put some pictures on how to exactly get to the property (both arriving by car and on foot) as it might be a bit trickier the first time.
