Die Sauberkeit. Der Einrichtungsstil der Wohnung. Der Komfort und die Ausstattung.
Der Raumduft, welcher bei Ankunft extrem auffällig war. Dieser konnte zum Glück durch entsprechende Maßnahmen recht schnell beseitigt werden.

Die Wohnung war ok. War nett renoviert. Aber unter Stadt-Juwel habe ich mir mehr vorgestellt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines Miethauses. Wir waren noch nicht ganz dar, da wurden wir schon von den Hausbewohnern über die Müllentsorgung belehrt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Wenn jemand Probleme mit Treppensteigen hat, ist das definitiv die falsche Wohnung. Als temporärer Bewohner (Ferienwohnung) habe ich mich nicht immer wohl gefühlt. Es gibt keine separate Dusche. Mein Auto hat nicht in die Garage gepasst. Der Mietpreis für die paar Tage war definitiv zu hoch.
