About this apartment rental
A vacation in the Franconian Lake District: Exactly the way you want it! Whether it’s a beach vacation in the summer, an active getaway in the spring and fall, a legendary gaming weekend with friends, or your very own wellness retreat for two! Our exclusive vacation rental offers you the perfect home away from home in every season.
Our modern and lovingly refurbished 85-square-meter duplex apartment is located on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope in Gräfensteinberg and can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). With a well-thought-out floor plan spread over two floors, your stay will be an unforgettable experience. Enjoy your exclusive balcony with a stunning view of the Gräfensteinberg Pond, a small stream, meadows, and trees. No intrusive views, no neighbors on the balcony—just you, the sun, peace, and nature. A free parking space is located right in front of the house.
Our wellness area on the open gallery will pamper you after an active day. Experience gentle heat up to 60 degrees in our infrared sauna made of Canadian hemlock fir. This is ideal for anyone who finds traditional saunas too hot. Eight high-performance full-spectrum heaters and alternating light therapy ensure deep relaxation and renewed energy. Sauna towels are, of course, already laid out for you. You can unwind on the lounge chairs under the palm trees or on the massage table with massage oil provided. In our small, compact workout corner with a weight bench, dumbbells, and resistance bands, you can effortlessly stay active and fit.
Afterward, kick off the evening in style at our in-house bar with its cozy seating. A SodaStream for refreshing sparkling water, filter coffee, and various types of tea are available free of charge. For those special moments of indulgence, we also offer a selection of spirits, wine, and capsule coffee for a small fee.
We’ve also got something for our little explorers: Tucked away behind palm trees and camouflaged with a net, our children’s adventure sleep cave awaits two children. A cozy retreat for sleeping, reading, playing hide-and-seek, and dreaming—complete with a Galaxy starry sky, a softly glowing LED cloud ceiling, and wild animals on their own evening safari.
After an exciting day, our multimedia and gaming setup in the bright living room—complete with a Dolby Surround sound system—leaves nothing to be desired. Relax on the large sofas and enjoy movies from our extensive DVD collection on the large flat-screen TV, complete with 3D glasses for a truly special cinematic experience. For casual game nights, a Nintendo Wii is available—use it to become a rock legend in Guitar Hero or engage in thrilling duels in Mario Kart and Wii Sports. Those who want to immerse themselves even further can experience virtual adventures on the PlayStation 4 with VR goggles. In addition, fun board games, card games, and party games from our bar cabinet ensure hours of cheerful togetherness.
To ensure you can enjoy your vacation without a care in the world, the apartment is fully equipped just like a regular home. In addition to a storage room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower, you’ll find everything you need on-site—from hand soap, spices, vinegar, oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, and parchment paper to a hair dryer, blender, microwave, and an electric grill for cozy evenings. Thanks to the washer and dryer right in the apartment, you can travel light.
To ensure that our exclusive wellness, bar, and multimedia facilities are always in immaculate and hygienic condition, the apartment is professionally cleaned by trained staff after every stay. The one-time flat fee covers the thorough disinfection of the sauna, the massage table, the children’s area, and all gaming devices such as the VR goggles; the complete laundry service for bed linens and towels; a deep cleaning of the 80 square meters across both floors, and the restocking of all basic household supplies.
A real highlight is the location: Both Brombach Lake (about 8 to 13 kilometers away) and Lake Altmühl (about 10 to 15 kilometers away) are both easily accessible from the vacation rental in 20 to 45 minutes via beautiful, family-friendly bike paths for swimming trips and water sports. Our vacation rental offers everything you need for a perfect vacation: peace and quiet, the beauty of nature, comfort, and unforgettable moments together in the heart of the Franconian Lake District!
