To Strand Holiday Resort

The linen was not enough to change bedding and the sheet we slept on in the main bedroom had a stain that was not pleasant and there was no other one available to change it. rooms were not cleaned for the whole weekend and dustbin was overflowing

I did not know that the chalets had no towels i think that they need to make this more clear

Location was incredible, value for money as well as such great child friendly enviroment

chalet wifi was not that great

Lovely location and facilities.

The location is lovely and the layout and facilities are nice and well thought out, however the chalets had a lot of dampness and you could smell it and see it. Our bedroom roof was mouldy and the whole place had a damp smell no matter how much we we kept the windows open. Most of the ceiling had mould on due to the dampness. We had a combined shower and bath that constantly leaked, the shower head dripped constantly no matter how tight you closed the tap. The chalet was also not the cleanest. We are not sure if all the chalets have these issues or if there are chalets that have been renovated, but we hope to get a better chalet next time, if we do come and stay again.
