Located in a gated 55+ retirement community, this charming 1-bedroom manufactured home includes a golf cart and all the comforts needed for a relaxing short- or long-term stay. This inviting 720 sq. ft. home features a bright, spacious living room with a sectional sofa, coffee table, and 55" smart TV. The home offers central heat and air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi for year-round comfort.
Kitchen & Dining
• The fully stocked kitchen is well suited for everyday cooking and extended stays. It includes a full-size French-door refrigerator, baking/convection oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer, blender, bread maker, and coffee maker with coffee grinder. Pots, pans, knives, silverware, and basic cooking supplies are provided. A dining area is available for enjoying home-cooked meals.
Please note: there is no dishwasher.
Bedroom
• The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, one dresser, a closet, and a 32" smart TV—perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
Bathroom
• The bathroom includes an easy low step-in shower, flexible shower head with excellent water pressure, an updated toilet, large mirrors, and a hair dryer.

• Ideal for remote work, the dedicated office setup includes an adjustable-height desk, comfortable office chair, reading light, universal docking station, 27" monitor, and wireless keyboard and mouse.

Clean mobile home with everything you need! Use of golf cart was an added bonus for our afternoon rides. Great communication with owner. Only a few steps away from the pool.

Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. We could have used measuring cups, and an electric kettleThe bathroom had a dank smelly odor.The host was very accommodating and friendly, responding quickly to any issues.The tv, cable and internet were great.The use of the golf cart was a great bonus!All in all it was a little over-priced for what we got.Overall, we were out more than in, enjoying our stay there, and the area sights.
