It was close to Florida Southern College, and the downtown area. Parking was easy and the room was just overall comfortable and convenient.
Pillows were hard and there was no hook or bar to hang towel inside the bathroom. These are VERY small inconveniences though.

The host was amazing, the stay was perfect, perfect for a weekend away with my girlfriend, the bed is a little firm but honestly that's perfect because I prefer a more firm bed, easy check-out check list aswell, FULL MARKS, highly recommended stay, feels like a steal for the price. Especially so close to downtown.
Id have to nitpick to find a complaint, the levers on the shower for hot and cold are swapped, that's the biggest i can think of.

It might be a good idea to show a picture of the entry keypad and let the client know that they need to push the button in the lower left hand corner. Then the keypad lights up and the code can be entered. Once correctly entered, a blue check mark will display and the door will unlock.
To lock, close the door then push the lower right button. The place was clean. Next year, I would prefer a place with a stove, washer and dryer if possible.
