About this house rental
This gorgeous room is the Queen Suite Suite. Queen bed offers a comfortable rest on the memory foam mattress. This suite comes equipped with electronic door locks, a Smart TV, free high speed wifi and shared bathroom. Room has USB plugs and ceiling fans with a spacious walk-in closet that is big enough to store most of your traveling essentials. Towels, sheets and bed linens are included. Room is clean and decorated nicely. Enjoy other common area amenities such as Laundry, Kitchen, Living Room, and Office Room.

Cheerful and updated 2,000 square foot, 4 bedroom 3 bath residential home that was built in 2019. Property offers short-term shared space rental options with free parking. Property is clean and updated, and beautifully furnished with an airy and tropical beach style. Even though we do allow pets, there are additional rules and fees. We have 4 large bedrooms available with a shared common space: Laundry Room, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Living Room, Office Room with (2) computer desks and chairs and a printer, fenced-in back yard with patio furniture. Property also has audio and video recording devices located in the common area and exterior of the home for added security.
Guest Access:
All locks are electronic to access property. Each guest will be given their personalized access codes to enter the front door and their room. Guests will be allowed full access to property amenities. We have (6) parking spaces available, as parking is available for guests of the home as first priority. Guests can drive to and from their respective locations, bus routes are a couple blocks walking distance. Ride share apps are available.

I am disputing the late fee.
I did not stay there on March1st.
I believe it should be waved as I had no chair in my room which was strategically missing in the vrbo picture. It had only a bed, tray table and garbage ail. Very sparse!
