Our farmhouse is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves halfway between Siena and Florence. The Siena-Florence motorway is easily accessible and our flats are the ideal starting point for exploring the characteristic villages of Chianti such as Castellina, Greve, Panzano and Radda in Chianti, the art cities of San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and Florence, the enchanting beaches of Tuscany and the beautiful region of Val d'Orcia in southern Tuscany. Day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia are possible.
in the Podere Ticciaia (39 sqm on one floor, 2 persons). Ideal for couples: large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living/dining room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Outdoor veranda with table and chairs, large lawn in front of the flat with wonderful views of the Chianti hills. Flat equipped with air conditioning.
COMMON SPACES AND FACILITIES TICCIAIA: In the recent renovation of the building, the typical architectural elements have been respected: the tower with mullioned window and a small but charming courtyard. From Ticciaia you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills, vineyards and surrounding woods. At Podere Ticciaia you can enjoy pleasant outdoor spaces and a shared solarium. Free Wi-Fi 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Private parking.
A large swimming pool (14x7) is available to our guests 1000 metres from the winery. Pool opening (1 June - 20 September)
The reception desk and friendly staff will be available in the mornings to provide you with all kinds of information about events in the area, assistance and useful tips.
