In the Podere there are 5 apartments of various sizes and characteristics. We will welcome you to this typically Leopoldina farmhouse (as the 1750 colonies of the Grand Duke Leopold of Tuscany were called).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Here all the energy needed for air conditioning, light, space and water heating is provided by a biomass boiler, an ECOGREEN choice that we are very proud of!
The wood from our forests and the pruning residues from our vineyards and olive groves are used in this way to provide us with clean energy!
