In the Podere there are 5 apartments of various sizes and characteristics. We will welcome you to this typically Leopoldina farmhouse (as the 1750 colonies of the Grand Duke Leopold of Tuscany were called).
Its characteristic features have remained those of the past: the tower with a mullioned window and a small courtyard, the center of peasant life of the past. The view on the vineyards and woods of the Chianti Classico is truly unparalleled!
In Ticciaia you will also find pleasant common areas such as the barbeque area and the 24-hour wi-fi service.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Here all the energy needed for air conditioning, light, space and water heating is provided by a biomass boiler, an ECOGREEN choice that we are very proud of!
The wood from our forests and the pruning residues from our vineyards and olive groves are used in this way to provide us with clean energy!
