Our farmhouse is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves halfway between Siena and Florence. The Siena-Florence motorway is easily accessible and our flats are the ideal starting point for exploring the characteristic villages of Chianti such as Castellina, Greve, Panzano and Radda in Chianti, the art cities of San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and Florence, the enchanting beaches of Tuscany and the beautiful region of Val d'Orcia in southern Tuscany. Day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia are possible.
Flat in the Podere Ticciaia (40 sqm on one floor, access via stairs, 2 people). Breathtaking view from the windows, one double bedroom, a large living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private terrace with table and chairs leading to the solarium and the olive grove in a panoramic position. COMMON SPACES AND FACILITIES OF TICCIAIA: In the recent renovation of the building, the typical architectural elements have been respected: the tower with mullioned window and a small but charming courtyard. From Ticciaia you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills, vineyards and surrounding woods. At Podere Ticciaia you can enjoy pleasant outdoor spaces and a shared solarium. Free Wi-Fi 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Private parking.
