Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von der Ausstattung der Wohnung, bis hin zu Föhn, Handtüchern usw. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Man kann sich nicht sattsehen. Sie liegt nicht weit vom Bahnhof und dem Strand entfernt. Die Besitzer sind bezaubernd. Sehr hilfsbereit und liebevoll!
Zur Verfügung steht ein Pool, von dem man auch Meerblick hat, jedoch geschützt vor Wind und Blicken ist. Auch Liegen und eine Sitzgruppe ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt oben an einem recht steilen Berg. (Sonst wäre der Ausblick auch nicht möglich!😉) Im Haus liegt sie im Obergeschoss und ist daher durch eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar.

Super liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubendem Ausblick 🤩 Die Gastgeber Simona & Giuseppe sind so unfassbar herzlich und haben uns bei Ankunft sogar kleine italienische Antipasti hingestellt 🥰 Egal was man braucht, kann man sie jederzeit kontaktieren! Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch der Balkon bietet einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und Formia.
Zu Fuß sind es nur 5-10 Minuten ins Zentrum, wo man Bäcker, Cafés, Läden, etc. findet. Der Rückweg ist zwar sehr steil, aber auch kein Problem, wenn man gemütlich schlendert. Zum Strand sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren (ca. 5-6 min) an Spiaggia Boa Sorte, hier sind auch viele Strandrestaurants und wir fanden es dort echt super schön. Formia hat so gut wie keine Touristen, was es irgendwie noch schöner macht, weil man das “echte Italien” erleben darf. Der Pool und die Poollounge in der Unterkunft sind total schön, ebenfalls mit Mega Ausblick ! Was uns jedoch nicht klar war ist, dass der Pool nicht 100% privat ist, sondern mit den Gastgebern geteilt wird. Die Zeiten für die Gästenutzung sind 9.30-13.30 und 16-19 Uhr. Was allerdings völlig im Ordnung war und nach Absprache durften wir den Pool auch außerhalb dieser Zeiten nutzen, da waren die zwei super kooperativ und zuvorkommend! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen 🥰🥰🥰
Alles war super! Klar ist es ein steiler Berg, aber dafür hat man diesen wundervollen Ausblick!

Accoglienza ottima, Simona si è rivelata un’host attenta ed ospitale. L'appartamento completo di tutto ed arredato con gusto. Un terrazzino che affaccia su un panorama mozzafiato dominando il Golfo di Gaeta, isole Pontine comprese. Un solarium e una vasca relax con idromassaggio e doccia cervicale completano la bellezza della struttura. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni di godimento e benessere. Contiamo di ritornare in estate, con più tempo a disposizione, per goderci, anche il mare di Formia e Gaeta. Consigliatissimo.

Spotlessly clean apartment with comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room, a great view, and free parking.
The apartment is attractively presented online, with photos showing guests enjoying drinks on the terrace and relaxing in the jacuzzi, including in the evening. However, upon arrival we were informed that none of this is actually allowed: no food or drinks on the terrace, restricted daytime-only access to the jacuzzi, and mandatory swim caps (which are not mentioned anywhere and are not worn by anyone in the promotional photos).
We've chosen this place expecting to spend peaceful evenings with a on the terrace and in the jacuzzi. Instead, we found ourselves with a small balcony next to a buzzing heat pump. Only after multiple messages, the host eventually agreed to ease some of the restrictions, but by then the overall experience was already spoiled for us.
We understand the need for house rules, particularly when the host lives on-site (like in this place), but the listing should clearly indicate these important restrictions in the descrption. Advertising an experience that is not actually permitted during the stay is simply misleading.
P.S. the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the terrace and jacuzzi is on the ground floor.
