Il Casale villa con piscina e giardino vista mare

Amazing views Great pool Lovely Garden & villa was huge & had aircon in bedrooms upstairs Really welcoming hosts and helped us when other guests arrived a couple of days later and we were out

Downstairs bed and pillows weren’t comfortable like other 3 bedrooms and no aircon Bit tricky to find initially even though Paola sent great directions and a video- Google Maps didn’t work- so not the owner’s fault Too far to walk into town as up very steep hills

Beautiful scenery spacious villa for all the family

Paola and her family were so kind and helpful. Never intrusive but always available if we needed anything. We loved the fact that the pool was available so early in the season, even if it was cold it was bliss to be able to dip! The view from the garden is absolutely beautiful in the evenings- we loved eating on the terrace with it behind us. The beds were super comfortable and the gorgeous kitchen was a joy to cook in- so well appointed with everything you could think of to use if we wanted to. We also loved the house’s location in Formia, which meant we could jump on a train to lots of places in Italy.

I can’t think that anything needs improving or was lacking. I suppose one thing to note is that it’s a short way up quite a hill so you might want a car or a taxi to get up the hill, although it’s also walkable on a paved path! Taxis were generally really easy to find at the station and only took five minutes, but one or two needed a bit of direction- Paola couldn’t have been more helpful with that though!
