Great location! Literally perfect if your trying to see tokyo, station is basically beside it, the broadway is a great place to see if your a bit tired from walking around the city all day, and the area is very central to alot of different places in tokyo

Be prepared for a tight fit in the shower, if your a tall person

The apartment was very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo, bed was very large, could easily sleep three adults. Washing machine on porch was very convenient, and I walked a few blocks to use the dryer at the coin laundry to save drying time during rainy season. Shower had good pressure and water heated up quickly. Property manager was very friendly when I spoke with her, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood right around the corner from a 7/11 and grocery store. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but I enjoyed the walk as I got to unwind from the day and there is a lot to see on the way there, streets full of izakaya before you get to the quieter residential areas. Once you get to the train station, the Chuo rapid line takes you directly to Shinjuku station where I made most of my connections, just avoid rush hour of commuters to the city and you won't have any travel problems.

If you are picky about cleanliness it might not be the best place for you, needs some dusting and the bathroom is dated, no bidet. I did need to run the dehumidifier for a while because it was quite humid when I arrived. The beds are foam mattresses which were firmer than I am used to, but seems typical for Japan, if you need a soft bed this might not be a good fit.
