Great location - a very short walk to the Otsuka station. One can even walk to the Sunshine city Mall. Lots of restaurants around Ikebukuro. Loved the drying facility that the property offers. Ability to dry our clothes using the 'drying' device in the bathroom. Good & wonderful idea without having to wait for the washing machine to complete its full cycle of washing and completely drying the clothes (which often damages the clothes). Although I must add - I had to figure it out myself. Wrote in to the property on the day of arrival but received NO RESPONSE!

Not very responsive Host! Like I mentioned above - I posted the question on the use of the washing machine and whether it was built-in with the drying functions but received no response from them. I then checked through the entire folder and there was nothing on that. Had to use a translation app to better understand the labels on the machine. Think if they improve on that it would be great! And of course - improve on responding to your guests.

The location is great, with it being right by Nakano Broadway, which is also very close to the station.

Needing to go down the ladder to the bathroom multiple times a night got tiring. The bathroom was also smelly at times - I imagine because the plumbing is shared with the surrounding flats.

入ってすぐにトイレとシャワー。シャワーの水の勢いはいいが良すぎてバスタブから出てしまう。水はけも悪く床がびちゃびちゃになる。きちんとしたお風呂では無いため、バスタブから出ると同時にサンダルにはきかえなくてはならない。 トイレがずっと臭かった。芳香剤と下水の臭いが混じっているような感じで脳がバグるまでしんどかった。
