About this house rental
House with exceptional view of the bay of Audierne. You will access the superb and wild coastal path of the GR34 through the small gate at the end of the garden.
This house will provide you with all the comforts, in summer and winter. In winter you can admire the colors of the ocean by the fireplace. In summer you will enjoy the barbecues and the surrounding beaches.
The accommodation:
Upstairs, 3 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with sea view and 1 bedroom with TV. The first floor also offers a bathroom and separate toilets. We provide a baby cot if needed.
On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room overlooking the ocean with fireplace, a large office/living room that can be converted into a totally separate bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet. The house is ideal for 6 people but can accommodate 8 people thanks to this room. Note: 3 sofa beds on the first floor to accommodate larger groups. The house is equipped with internet to accommodate teleworkers
Garages: a garage allows you to bring in your car, bikes or surfing equipment
Garden: the garden overlooks the GR34 - you will even be surprised to find a Goëmon oven in the middle of the garden!
The charming port of Audierne and its shops, 3 km away, is easily accessible on foot (30 min by the coastal path), by bike or by car (5 min). Ideal for going to the market, enjoying a pancake or an outing to the best restaurants in Audierne. Kersiny beach is 1.5km away, accessible by the coastal path. Surf beach and surf school less than 2km away. Kite, wing, windsurfing spots right next door and sailing school in Audierne. Pier for the island of Sein in Audierne
