Nature and the Coast at Pointe du Raz

Located 300 m from Baie des Trépassés, one of Brittany’s top surfing spots, between Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van, Ty Surf is both a haven of peace and a starting point for hikes to these wild and unspoiled areas. The house offers all the comforts you need, in absolute tranquility, to make the most of this unique setting. Hiking, the beach, surfing, and bike rides are great ways to explore this one-of-a-kind location.
The house has three levels. You enter through a large, south-facing veranda overlooking the Laoual pond. Here you’ll find a living room and a dining room. Next is the living room with a library and an overhead projector. The fully equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher), a bathroom (with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and a toilet), and a second toilet complete the first level.
A wooden staircase leads up to the second level, which has three bedrooms. The owner’s bedroom opens onto a large terrace. From your bed, you can see the Pointe du Raz and the Vieille Lighthouse. A second south-facing bedroom with a child’s bed is perfect for young parents. A third bedroom features a single sofa bed.
On the second floor, under the eaves, there is a bedroom with two single beds for teenagers. Next to it is a bedroom-living room combination, featuring a futon-style double bed and a single bed, which can accommodate three people and offers a view of the waves in the bay.
