About this villa rental

Our house is located on the Breton coastline between Douarnenez and the Pointe du Van.
We have an exceptional view of the bay of Douarnenez, the tip of the mare and the Cape of the goat. From the terrace you can contemplate the morning boats from fishing in the coves.
You can access the GR34 coastal path and the sea directly from the garden. You will love the wild and little frequented GR.
Our landscaped garden of 1. 5 ha is closed and done two basins.
The house can accommodate up to 15 people. The 6 bedrooms are large and furnished with beds of 180, 160 and 140. There are 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets for your comfort. The living room is spacious furnished with an open kitchen allows everyone to find ease.
A great place to vacation with family or friends.
To rest, to discover the Finistère point or for the more athletic for walking or running on the GR 34.

We spent an unforgettable week in this wonderful place.The location of the house and the views will remain in our memory for a long time. The house is very large, spacious, allowing for a comfortable rest. The pictures do not reflect the beauty of this place. The contact with the owner and manager on the spot is very good. It would be fantastic to come back again to this wonderful place ;)

The house is equipped with everything you need and more for both adults and children. There is plenty of outside seating around a huge table in a large enclosed garden where all you can hear are lapping waves.

This really is a lovely house with an exceptional view. There is plenty of space for everyone and the living areas are very comfortable and well layed out. The first day we just sat on the lawn gazing at the view for a few hours. The house is axed in such a way as there are beautiful views from nearly all of the rooms. We explored the Douarnenez side of the peninsula but there are so many beautiful walks and views that we will definitely come back to this area and to this lovely house.

Stunning location even better in real life

As soon as you sweep down the long drive and see the house set overlooking the sea you know you've made a brilliant choice. It is extremely spacious, and very well equipped. Everything in this house is on a grand scale, from the dining room table, the home cinema set up in the lounge, the patio tables and seating to the size of the bedrooms and beds. The table tennis table in the garage provided good entertainment on the odd wet day. There is so much space it was quite easy to escape from the kids , they spent hours playing hide and seek in the acres of gardens. We were welcomed by Brenda who was delightful, with her limited English she managed to help us understand how things worked (though we would recommend some written guidance in English where there were instructions only in French ) The sun lounge/ conservatory is just amazing, a panorama of sea and garden views where we relaxed in comfort. We loved surfing locally finding the Bais de Trepasse the best. The house has a couple of good surf boards and also a range of family bikes. We had a really lovely holiday thanks to this incredible house and it's beautiful surroundings

Belle semaine dans cette magnifique propriété. Il ne manque rien. Tout est beau et bien organisé. La vue est tout à fait exceptionnelle et le petit étang superbe. Merci Nathalie de nous accueillir ainsi. C’était une vraie semaine de vacances où l’on perd la notion du temps.

Bestechend waren der Garten mit dem direkten Zugang zum Grand randonnee und die Terrassen mit Meerblick. Der große mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattete Wohnraum mit Kamin bot auch an kühlen Abenden einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses bietet auch für viele Personen Bequemlichkeit. Nur in einem Raum war das Lattenrost des Bettes nicht in Ordnung. Das Kochen für 10 Personen mit nur 3 Kochfeldern war allerdings eine Herausforderung. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr u.ä. war jedoch großzügig. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig schön: Schwimmen, Wandern, Radfahren, Tischtennis Spielen oder nur aufs Meer schauen; vielfältige Aktivitäten ohne Aufwand einfach toll.

L'environnement est remarquable : à mi-hauteur d'un immense jardin paysagé tout en courbes, la maison surplombe la baie de Douarnenez, l'une des plus belles du monde ! Une véranda, les terrasses, et les grands volumes de l'architecture offrent une multitude d'espaces où familles et amis peuvent se regrouper ou s'isoler à volonté. L'équipement est parfait, l'accueil chaleureux. Douarnenez, toute proche, offre un marché quotidien sous la halle (pêche locale), une librairie café exceptionnelle avec concerts, lectures et débats. Balades et sports pour tous les niveaux. Musées étonnants, chapelles et petites églises à foison, histoire et culture bien présentes, produits locaux délicieux… (mention spéciale pour les tisanes de l'Arpente du Cap Sizun). Un rêve dans lequel nous replongerons avec délice !

Vue magnifique, maison meublée avec goût, de l'espace pour tout le monde (nous étions quand même 7 adultes et deux enfants). Niveau pratique pour autant de monde : un grand frigo avec compartiment congélo + réfrigérateur (avec distributeur de glaçons) plus un petit frigo (pour nous qui stockait les bouteilles) ainsi qu'une tireuse à bières. Maison bien pensée, nous avons garé 4 voitures sans être dérangés par leur vue. Contrat rempli, à savoir calme, barbecues, vue somptueuse, grand terrain pour les enfants. Nous y retournons l'année prochaine :)

We really enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at this great location. We loved the location, the garden, the cost trail and especially the small empty beaches hidden in several bays nearby. The communication with and support by the owners was perfect. We plan to come back one day...

Tous les ans, nous nous retrouvons en famille le week-end de la pentecôte. La maison de poullan est la plus sympa que nous ayons louée. Elle est très grande, les chambres sont spacieuses, et les grandes terrasses permettent de manger en appréciant la vue qui est à couper le souffle.... On a adoré

Nous étions 11 adultes; la maison est suffisamment grande pour que nous ne nous sentions pas les uns sur les autres.L'équipement est satisfaisant. Le jardin( d'un hectare et demi quand même!) est joli et de plus offre une vue mer imprenable. Beaucoup de pièces offrent cette vue:je voyais la mer même en me rasant! La véranda est très agréable. Enfin, Brenda, qui nous a accueillis, est charmante.

Maison très très agréable avec vue imprenable sur la mer, nous avons pu tous en profiter tout le temps grâce à la grande véranda et au soleil qui était au RDV. Maison spacieuse pour 12 pers. bien équipée. Accès direct au GR34 (un peu difficile mais splendide). Nous la recommandons sans hésitation et espérons y retourner.
