The apartment is in a really good location, parking is great and the apartment is modern
Getting access to the apartment was a challenge, no instructions sent at check in time, i asked for earlier parking and was told yes from 12 but no instructions sent about what bay we needed. I messaged and called but no reply for 4 hours.

Was clean...
Location is awful.
We couldn't sleep for all night. The other side of the road is a bar where people was drinking,drunken and loudly . We couldn't sleep very well.

Location was great for getting on the tube and heading to Wembley.
Apartment itself was nice, spacious, clean and tidy.
The facilities in the apartment were limited. Only 1 small mug for a morning coffee. The others had to have theirs out of a water glass or a plastic cup. No kitchen towels to dry dishes or hands.
We had a parking ticket from parking in the property parking space as we didn’t have a permit, after speaking with the host he sent us a picture of the permit but failed to give us this to put in our vehicle on check in. We still have to pay the fine as we didn’t display this permit.
The host took a long time to respond to my messages before our stay, I had to contact booking.com to help me with my questions.
