Luxury 2Bed, Sleeps 6, Balcony, Near Wembley

Property was styled well

Very very very poor parking. Had to rent a drive way 15 minute walk away!! You’d think they’d reserve or offer a parking space even for extra payment. 3 half used bottles of radox left in bathrooms, used dirty dish clothes left and a half bottle of fairy liquid. All kitchen roll and toilet rolls left out had already been used/started. Apartment was so hot and stuffy my 1&3 year olds had left with bad chest/coughs. No key was left for balcony doors. Number given to us to get “concierge” was incorrect. The “concierge” didn’t even interact, was on his phone texting full time, even got us off on the wrong floor for apartment. Beds were average but only 1 pillow person.
