i absaloutly loved it was the best hotel/ studio i’ve ever been to very comfortable and made me feel very secure and safe the staff were absaloutly lovely and really respectful . very nice place would go every time i come to london .

De ligging kort bij het metrostation en het appartementencomplex was een mooie stijl

De badkamer had diverse gebreken. Wc en handdoek houder zaten los, een strip hing los en het accessoire bakje in de douche was kapot.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, I knew it was a nice hotel from the pictures but the interior was stunning and looked a lot more expensive than what we had paid! The reception area is gorgeously decorated and clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and showed us to our room. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, we didn’t have to ask for anything. There was a lot of amenities available to us as well which once again I didn’t realise prior to our stay, a private lounge, gym, workspaces etc. Everywhere was clean, practically spotless, secure and comfortable, and very well laid out and there was so much storage within the room. The location of the hotel was also ideal less than a 2 minute walk from the train station and there is a handful of shops the other side of the tube station as well. We attended a concert at Wembley this hotel was an 8 minute tube ride there and easy to get there and back.

The only issue I would say which wasn’t to much of a problem was it was a tad warm in the room but I did notice a fan had been provided should we need to use it although we didn’t.

La habitación estaba bien.

No había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, ni en el resto de instalaciones. Era un auténtico horno. Tampoco hicieron limpieza de cuarto ni un solo día de 5 noches. La habitación tenía una escasa iluminación. La tv no funcionaba. La única manera de ventilar fue durmiendo con la puerta que daba a una terraza común abierta, con lo que ello supone a nivel de seguridad …. Quizá en época de invierno, todos esos inconvenientes se noten menos por la temperatura exterior pero ahora …. Ha sido muy desagradable
