I didn’t see much. I just went to my room
Just that it was in Harrow. But I needed a place in Harrow so I can’t complain.

Convenient location right next you the Harrow on the Hill tube station. Great reception, games room, movie theatre and gym. Rooms are well set up with good kitchens with combined convection and microwave oven. Very friendly staff, Holli (Manager), Samson and Adina (front of house) are exceptional.

Staff were really friendly. I was taken to the studio flat and shown everything which was a lovely touch. Located very close to the train station. Nearby park which I didn’t get to visit this time around.
I did hear the trains running when I opened the window but there were also the sounds of birds in between so it did t seem like a really big issue to me.
The pillows were too thick for me personally but it’s a minor point. It didn’t stop me from enjoying the stay.

Good location
When asked for tours or how to use things I was shown
When I told the team I was getting bitten in my sleep they changed the sheets
Right next to harrow on the hill station and many amenities
Got bitten by insects in the bed multiple nights
So many facilities I wasn’t aware of how to access because when I checked in I was just given my key and a card
