About this apartment rental

This ground-floor unit combines comfort and convenience with modern furnishings and easy accessibility. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the guest room is equipped with a full size bed & two twin beds. A second bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom. The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Relax in the privacy of the screened porch or take a dip in the pool, just steps away.

Located within the Landings of Largo condominium complex, this property offers guests access to a variety of amenities, including two heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, and a bocce court. Enjoy peaceful moments at the fishing and sunset pier, or unwind and stay active at the clubhouse and fitness room.

Please note, upon arrival, guests are required to visit the condo office to complete the check-in process, which includes submitting a renter information form and paying a $50 fee (paid by the renter).
