Keep an eye out for dolphins, manatees, and other marine life that frequently pass by. At night, the dock’s underwater lights create an incredible viewing experience you won’t forget. A custom fish-cleaning station with dual hoses makes cleaning the day’s catch easy and convenient.

We have been guests at this property for several years and will continue to come back. For us all the boxes get checked. Things that we really like; large screen patio, access to the bay or ocean side, ground level ranch, comfortable beds, great kitchen, wonderful owner, close to everything. We love it.

Love the location, the screened patio was our favorite place to hang out. Beds and showers are very nice. Love how they converted the closets. Extra fridge was great to have.

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay here(Jan & Feb). The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Our favorite spot to relax was the large screened-in porch overlooking the canal. We saw tarpon everyday, and manatees nearly every day. We made good use of the two-man kayak and bikes. Martin, the owner, was great to deal with, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house is in a great location.Very close to Pennekamp state park, which is a great place to kayak and paddle board. Lots of great places to fish not far from home. Bike trail to many restaurants. Screen porch on back of house is great place to hang out at night. Martin the owner was very easy to communicate with when things came up before and during our trip. House is very clean and updated recently. We look forward to returning next year.
