The property was clean, and the host was very nice. As expected in a basement apartment, you do hear noise upstairs. The bathroom was lacking soap and washcloths, but we bought a bar of soap to shower. Be advised the tv has no cable or streaming service. There are no current tv shows, only very old ones on the LG channel. Overall our stay was adequate.

The property was extremely clean and conveniently located. Just note there’s no AC, and the host lives upstairs—this is mentioned in the listing but easy to miss. You can hear footsteps from above, which was very noticeable early in the morning. Also, if someone’s using the couch, there weren’t enough pillows to make it comfortable. Checkout details were provided through a separate website, not directly through VRBO, which caused a bit of confusion. While the property wasn’t the right fit for our group, it could still work well for others who don’t mind these aspects.
