The bright living area offers comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, modern appliances, and cookware for easy meal prep. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, with convenient climate control. You'll also enjoy fast Wi-Fi throughout, a washer and dryer for guest use, and all the touches that make you feel right at home.

You'll have two dedicated parking spaces in the private driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, perfect for a peaceful getaway while remaining minutes from entertainment and dining.

Home was clean, beds comfortable, appliances, washer and dryer all in great shape. We stayed 2 weeks and the location was great for daily sightseeing trips. Grocery shopping and restaurants very close. One small negative which will may not apply to you is that a couple of the steps into the house are tall. If steps give you problems, you might find a couple of steps difficult to navigate. Easy communication with the hosts throughout our visit.

Very quiet location with plenty of space! We were visiting for our daughter's graduation from UVM. It was very easy to get to the UVM campus from the less traffic side. We needed some late night food and enjoyed the Mule Bar for a great burger and drink.We highly recommend this home.
