About this cabin rental
Stay comfortably in Miller City/Olive Branch at this 2-bedroom cabin. Inside, guests will find 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a cozy living room with a futon. Enjoy the heating and AC, as well as the bathroom with a shower. This delightful retreat is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or hunting trip with the guys. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Our cabin is just a walk from public hunting access with public boat ramp for waterfowl hunting, 1 mile drive from horseshoe lake for canoeing and fishing and a 10 mile drive from Shawnee National Forest. Walking distance access to public ground for and turkey and deer hunting also

This place is beautiful and VERY CLEAN. Super secluded, but with a dollar store close enough if you forget to bring anything. Although if you are bringing a dog that might take the occasional toilet sip in unfamiliar places, make sure to enter the cabin ahead of them and close the toilet lid or bathroom door. There is a blue chemical in the water and my dog lapped a couple of drinks before I caught it. There are no window coverings, which might not be an issue for most, but the cabin looks cool, anyone that I saw drive past it slowed down and looked, giving them a clear shot straight into the living area, along with the game cam out front (that is faced down but still made me slightly uneasy.) An optional window covering like a shade or curtain would be nice. I will also mention that the water does not smell great, It seems to be well water, bring drinking water. Even with the above things listed, I did not want to give this place less than 5 stars because it is truly worth it! I had my dog drink some water, covered the window with an extra blanket that I brought, and got some water from the local dollar store (and took quick showers - it’s normal for well water to be smelly) So none of these things were unsolvable issues. To possible bookers - Do it! You will not be disappointed! To the hosts - Thank you for the stay! The place is gorgeous, and every usable item is well thought through! We loved it!!
