Simply perfect! Casey is an amazing host and super responsive! The house was the best possible for us and has everything you need. For sure, when we’ll back here we try to stay in this house!

Check-in was a breeze with great communication. Upon entry it is just like the photo, clean and bright. Windows were open to allow the fresh ocean air to flow thru which isn't an issue being on the upper floor. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean and ready. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. Wi-Fi works great with no connection issues along with the FireTv. Short walks to anything you may need and close to a ton of good restaurants. There are several grocery stores a short drive away if needed as well. For my needs it was perfect. Thanks again.

A really nice clean place. The location on PCH is excellent, due to proximity to the beach and sights. There can be some traffic noise when the windows are open, but that is to be expected.Thank you.

Twice I was told I’d be sent check in information but it didn’t turn up. I checked under the mat and found the key but I had to message to request WIFI information and ask how we could access the laundry facilities. They told me two places the laundry key might be but it was nowhere to be seen so they eventually sent someone to unlock the door for us. By then it was too late, we were out at an event and got back late so we were forced to take dirty clothes to our next destination. The carpet was crusty because a previous guest spilled something that wasn’t cleaned up. Supplies could have been better. The bed had a flat sheet that wouldn’t stay under the duvet that had no cover on it. Backup towels would be nice as well as tea towels in the kitchen, and a cork screw. Its definitely in a convenient location but we were only in town for two nights so we’d have appreciated it if things had been organized, efficient and with essential information well laid out but sadly that was not the case.
