Shopping, dining, fast food nearby. Hollywood, Los Angeles just 25 miles away. Orange County Theme Parks just 29 miles away. Access to 2 bedrooms & 2 baths of this well appointed 3 bedroom home. Large master suite downstairs with full bath, vaulted ceilings, & Queen bed. 1 bedroom & full bath upstairs with 2 Twin beds. Open living & dining area with vaulted ceilings, 65" Smart TV & wifi throughout house. Kitchen w/ full cooking, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Large backyard area to relax & enjoy your downtime.

CONS: NO AIR CONDITIONER!!! Listing stated air conditioner, there was a thermostat but adjusting it did not bring on any AC. When I asked the host how to turn it on, they stated that they get the ocean breeze and the house stays cool and there were tower fans to help. When we arrived to check in, the house was uncomfortably warm. Upstairs bedroom really never cooled off. The tower fans need cleaned there is dust all over the vents. "The back door is extremely hard to open and the door to the garage from the kitchen can't be closed all the way or it will pull the hinges off the frame." All this was communicated after booking.PROS: Nice location, felt safe. Conveniently located to restaurants, gas and groceries. Easy on/off expressways to LA and Anaheim. Price was very reasonable. Home was clean for the most part. Easy check in process, key code communicated prior to arrival.

Very clean and cozy. Has everything you could possibly need. Nice quiet area. Liked that second room is upstairs, more privacy. Had a very nice stay.

Winter storm week and home did not have central heating.Home had small space heaters with a warning not to use too many of them because you could blow a fuse. Some space heaters were on electric timers. A lot of work just to keep warm.
