Above Ramersberg 5 km from the centre of Sarnen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property, terraced garden, pond, swimming pool (above ground) round (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Paddling pool, barbecue, barbecue house (swing). In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house, single garage. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Stalden, Post" 2.5 km, railway station "Sarnen" 4 km, bathing lake "Sarnersee" 5 km.
